locker not working

I did the anytime locker mod on my 013 today and I can't get it to work. I double and triple checked all connections according to the wiring diagrams, the relay will click but I can't hear the locker actuator on the rear diff working. Is the violet wire supposed to be hot? It won't light a test light with the truck running and the locker switch engaged. The only wire that has power is the red and black wire. I checked the fuse and it's not blown . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
