    I would bet you could wire any rope light or led strip to a contact switch and make that work. Great idea for those creative types out there.

    The same shit everyone else has.
    I used a pin/momentary switch for mine. Specifically a door pin switch from an older VW Jetta. Im sure you could use a generic pin switch though.

    Use a normally off switch. Wire the pin switch on the ground side.
