2015 tacoma blue tooth

radio wont keep favorite contacts stored for more than 2 days.anybody else have this ploblem

 

Nope. Can't think of why it would do that.

 

Can't help since mine won't even import contacts.

 

Salesman did mine at delivery. No problems. Is your phone Android or Apple system? Could have something to do with it. Don't know for sure though. Maybe you could let dealer try. BMW dealer tried to set radio buttons on wife's BMW. Never did figure out to do it.

 

My 2015 does this as well, but only the favorite contacts. It seems to hold them for about a week and then they vanish. I have an iPhone 6s.

 

There's your problem. Its an Apple. Should've gotten an Android

 

Do you have it set to refresh/update contacts automatically? Try unchecking that option on the radio.

 

Are you using two phones? One may be over-writing the other.

I had some time to experiment yesterday. I can now make it happen on demand by going into settings, contacts, update contacts on the truck. For the time being I've disabled it.

It's bizarre that it didn't happen a single time for the first 2 months I had the truck and now happens weekly. I'll see how long they last with the automatic update off.
