So camburg 2.5" COs & uniball UCAs up front and just 5100 in the back.... interesting

Not sure I recommend that set-up, but that goes back to my point of everyone has a different opinion on what a good kit is. Sure seems overkill in the front or inadequate in the back. Doing what those COs are designed for I see those rear shocks baking real quick a fading out. Uneven match up IMO. In my experience the rear shocks get hot quicker than the fronts as it is.

    Welcome to TacomaWorld!
If you don't off road you can do blocks and spacers. I personally wont let any of my friends use blocks since we all go off road monthly.
Your two questions will depend on how much you want to spend. I like the Bilstein 5100s struts they give you lift and you can still use them off road. They're a cheapish, but good solution. If you think you will be bashing your truck on some trails then get a full coilover (fox, king, icon, ect.) and a Upper Control Arm (UCA). For the rear you can get an Add A Leaf(AAL) or a progressive AAL(wheelers, icon) or for more money a aftermarket leaf pack(all-pro, deaver, old man emu, ect.)
Check this link out too. It's the pros and cons about each type of lift.

Generally with LED light bars you get what you pay for. I have a GGLighting 50" curved it was $250 on sale. I went with them because of the life time warranty and the shop is in driving distance of where I live.
