    Hello,

Wanted to see if others are running Old Man Emu 90021 Shocks & 886 Springs with ICON Uni Ball UCA's and have a similar problem...? Maybe you can chime in...

I'm having a random clunk/thump up front that started after I installed the ICON UCA. It's almost as if the UCA is maxed out. If I drive in and out of my drive way you can here the UCA maxing out. I also here the noise on a slight sharp left or right turn as the side unloads (not sure if am explaining myself)

At first I thought it was the shocks as they had a slight oil leak. But, ARB/OME replaced them under warranty, so that's not the problem. I also changed the spring isolator and the top hat bushings.

When I first re-assembled them I did it the "Ghetto" way by using a floor jack and the weight of the truck to compress the 886's. I thought this was the problem, so I pulled them off and had a shop re-assemble them... Still have the clunk...

I also don't have a sway bar, so nothing rubbing.. I checked the LCA, and they are solid..
Only possible damage/wear is on my pass side lower ball joint, its slightly leaking could this be the problem....?

Any and all impute is much appreciated.

You sure it isn't the OME struts clanking?
