I have come across some fuel 18" wheels and wondering if they will work for my off-roading Tacoma. I am planning on using this truck more off-road then on road and planning a Icon suspension lift.

I have to assume the less rubber because of the wheel size being bigger will not be the best for off-road. Please let me know if I should stick with 16 or 17 wheels instead.

    Thanks in advance

18" wheels could work for off road but I would recommend 17" wheels

I will soon be upgrading from 16s to 17s.
17" wheels are the way to go, when comparing them to 15s or 16s:

    more stable off camber
    turns tire better
    better sidewall aspect ratio
    allows bigger brakes

What lift did you put in there? That's exactly what I'm looking for with my new lift. Love that truck.
