1.5 AAL in rear and running 285-70 17. Would bump stops help keep from stuffing the rear wheel into the fender?image.jpg image.jpg

Don't flex it as much and you wouldn't have that problem :D

    Is it rubbing? Trim...
Bump stops are there to save your springs from going into negative flex, flexing past flat, so as to not damage them

Yeah they were rubbing pretty good. These are factory springs with a procomp AAL. I've got Deaver J66 spring packs on the way and hope they don't make it worst. Guess I'll pull out the cut off wheel in the morning and do some trimming. Thanks for the input!

Technically, yes. Bigger bump stops WOULD do that, however, they will also limit the travel you have available when carrying a load on a flat surface, which is probably something you don't want to do.

Yeah that's what I'm afraid of. I've got the springs sitting in the garage just waiting for time to put them in. I also ordered the heavier duty Deaver pack so I can still haul all my camping gear and not have it squatting real bad. Just hope they aren't gonna ride too stiff

From what I understand there is enough travel in the slip yoke to make it a non issue.
