I am planning on having the Icon Stage 4 with Billet UCA installed on my Tacoma. Pictured below. Does anyone have this exact setup? Anything you like, dislike? Anything you wish you knew before you bought it? Overall impression, is this a good lift? Worth the money?

While the billet upper control arms look awesome...Stick with regular tubular's unless you plan on using the heim joints to dial in your alignment. Most alignment shops won't even mess with it or have the knowledge to do so...my 2 cents.

Whats the intentions with your truck? Heavy wheeling? Mall Crawling? High speed?

I'd also skip the add a leaf and go with an aftermarket leaf pack with the money saved on skipping the billet uppers.

Thanks @AaronArf for the advice. I will go tubular on the UCA then and get a leaf pack with the saved money. In terms of tubular UCA, would you recommend Icon or Total Chaos? In your opinion of leaf packs, which are the best? I plan on using my Tacoma on Forest Service Roads (in the Pacific Northwest) in the middle of winter that are covered in deep heavy snow. I need good clearance and control.

Also, what is the difference in Stage 2,3,4,5, etc with the Icon series?

All of the uniball tubular arms are basically the same - differences are very minimal. (My personal preference is Total Chaos, great folks to deal with) Leaf packs will depend on what you plan on hauling in the bed of your truck. I have a lot of armor and carry weight often so I have the OME Dakar leaf packs.

Check out Down South Motorsports; they have an awesome Mid-Travel packages that you can tailor to your wants.

I am also looking at the Icon lifts, any more info or reviews would be great? Is the one company that seem to be a general favorite? One that I should stay away from?
