    Hate to say it, but it's mostly LOL and NBD. To anyone who has an aftermarket chip to 'improve performance' (and yes, having a 1.9L engine that makes 150hp and 270 hp of torque is awesome) .. where do you think the performance comes from? Burning hotter, at higher pressures, which makes more NOx...

    Oh wait.

    Still, I ain't buying anything that needs DEF. Screw that noise.

    ATO front skid (need more but icon's might fail if I hang anything else from my truck) All-Pro front bumper thanks to a good deal here and a pesky encounter with a rock or 20, total chaos uppers.

    I'm definitely not a vw fan boy after this but I will say my VW has 30k more than the Tacoma and has never cost me a penny outside of standard maintained. Definitely can't say the same about the Tacoma, even before I started modding it! Now that said the taco is way more fun just hasn't been as reliable
