I recently added a 3" lift and cepek tires( 305/65/17) to my '10 taco. It looks great but now the tires rub against the wheel wells. Question is; can i remove the wells without creating a problem, or maybe trim out a section? Also slightly rubs on inner frame, was thinking about just grinding in back a little? Or will that be even a bigger problem?

Those are some seriously large tires. Most go with narrower 285s for a little less headache. Trimming is required at that size. You can trim the wheel well liner. You will also probably need the 'cab mount chop', which is cutting that portion of the frame off. Do a search for several threads on it.
