Need some opinions, 1989 Toyota Pickup 4x4 117k Original Miles

Hey all, wasnt sure what section to post this, so correct me if I'm wrong.

Been looking for a new truck for awhile. It would be a second car, but general reliability is still important. I was hesitant to post this because I didnt want anyone to poach it, but I think its a good deal and condition looks nice.

Came across this, looks like its been well taken care of and low miles for the year. I talked to the guy and he gave me first dibs and I'm going to look at it this weekend. Ill be looking for the usual rust, obvious noises etc. As for the price, Ill probably try to talk him to $4k if he would take it and I want it.

Could anyone lend any insight/advice to these older model tacos? Quirks? known or to be expected issues? Other opinions (price)? etc...I am not to familiar with what I should be weary of. I have been doing some reading here and there but nothing has stood out.
