I have a Saturn Aura XR with 225-50-18 tires and would like to change to either 225-55-18 or
225-60-18. What are the implications of doing this?

Taller tire with a bigger circumference. May affect your MPG's and your speedometer's accuracy. Probably will ride a little better as you will feel less bumps in the road. Don't know about the Saturn's ability to fit the sizes you indicated. Good luck!
