Just bought it this past week. Traded in my 2015 JKU Rubicon for it. Jeep was awesome offroad but sucked on the road, sucked gas, plus it was a Jeep. Anyway I traded for another Tacoma and so far really like it. Gota derp that front grille though! My gripes.....my Galaxy S5 wont charge wirelessly I suppose. But then again Im not all sure what I need to make this happen. I have the Otterbox cover on it and not willing to give that up I dont think.

Its 2016! Why cant we have automatic headlights!! I guess I will get used to it but dang.....come on.

Again its a 2016 model.....I have 110 power in the bed but cant have it in the cab to charge my electrical stuff? Is there a mod to move it up there besides having to run a extension cord thru the back glass.....LOL!

Also the chrome side steps have to go....chrome is from the 80's and 90's. The chrome rear bumper has to go too. I live in Colorado so if anyone wants to do some swapping or whatever Im up for it. I like colormatch or black. Other than that I seem to really like it!

Sounds like you should have gotten the premium and tech package. Auto headlights and body color bumper... Along with the other upgrades.

I kinda got what was on the lot. I trade vehicles alot for the most part but hopefully I keep this one awhile. Anyways dealing with dealers and whatnot I just dont have alot of patience for right now. We just moved from Texas to Colorado and my nerves are shot. They offered more than I owed on my Jeep and came off the sticker a little....like $850. I bought it. Might could have shopped around and saved a grand more between my trade and the sticker combined but it is what it is. Time is money to me.

yep, prem/tech package would have given you fixes to all your gripes except the 110 outlet in the cab. Plus you would have got heated seats & Dual Climate Control too!!

I traded in my Jeep as well. It was a JK soft top lifted & running ToyoMT's. So Ill miss going topless all summer, but the ride is so night and day better in the Taco!

No worries VetteVert. To be honest I didnt do alot of research on the new ones other than the engine/drivetrain. Seems alot dont like the new 3.5....I like mine. The bumper Im not so worried about really. The auto headlights....again its just something I will have to train myself to get used to again. Plus anytime visability is impaired in the LEAST I turn my lights on. Alot of times when the autos are still off. Somebody will come up with a fix to the 110 in the cab Im sure. 110 is on the truck so getting it into the cab cant be hard. If I remember right the 2nd gen models the inverter was under the console.

Yeah Chasin Tale......the ride is SO much more better. I had 2.5 RK lift with Fox shocks and 35" MT Deegan 38's and while it rode pretty decent it was still a Jeep and the wind WHIPPED its and my asses for too long.

My 2013 doesn't have auto headlights so I always leave them on. They automatically shut off when you turn the truck off and open the door.
