    That is good news.
I have been avoiding them for the membership fee reason.

Thanks rhion82. I might buy those shocks if "24-186728" fits my gen 1 with an unkown slightly higher than TRD stock lift. If i buy them with many baby diapers my wife will not know that i bought shocks. I wish i had time to measure the travel on my rear.

Haha what ever works.:fingerscrossed: I would cross reference the part numbers from another website to make sure you get the exact shocks you need for a 1st gen.

I was advised in this thread that i should measure my travel.

24-186728 is the part number on the gen 1 toytec ultimate lift package and I know my previous owner has added at least a leaf to handle a camper. I kinda feel like going for it without measuring. It is not like i have a fork lift sitting around or time to remove the old shocks.

They sell only retreads right? Do you buy them nsffs257? What are your thoughts on them? How long have you had them or how long do they last? Do you know when they are ready to go or do they just surprise one day as they flop off on the interstate like the semitruck ones?

Im on my 3rd set. I run them aired down to 15psi in 120* desert heat and never had a single one seperate. I run my truck hard as any of those that know me will attest and I have gotten 40K miles out of the first 2 sets. I absolutely love them. Did lots of research due to the whole semi tire thing and only found a few bad reviews and the company has been in business many years.
