I bought a truck with icon 2.5 coil overs. They are very stiff. Never rebuilt. They look clean. They seem very stiff and hard to bounce when standing on bumper. My buddy has the nitrogen kit to do them I'm wondering if re fueling them will help.

Hard to tell from that photo. Most single AAL's are thicker than stock leaves and therefore stiffen up the ride, as well as add lift.

To help with your first post, if its hard to compress dont add more nitrogen, more than likely the spring rate is too stiff

Yes, stock leaf packs have 3 leaves plus the super-thick overload leaf on the bottom. Get under there and take a close look. We can't do that for you. You either have a complete aftermarket leaf pack, or one AAL (which tend to create a stiff ride).

Thats an aftermarket leaf pack or built one. Start by removing the bottom smallest leaf. Jack up truck by the chassis, remove u bolts, use vise grips or cut centre pin, slide out leaf.
