886 offroad ride vs. Highway ride

This is a pure planning post. I just read every post in "OME 885 terrible off road ride" and naturally was a bit thrown off. I'm planning a DCSB (I know FTW right) with this for a front http://www.cbioffroadfab.com/products/2nd-gen-toyota-tacoma-products/moab-2-0-with-grill-guard-headlight-protection-duplicate and this for a rear http://www.cbioffroadfab.com/products/2nd-gen-toyota-tacoma-products/trail-rider-2-0-rear-bumper-swing-away/,
And these for armor http://www.cbioffroadfab.com/products/2nd-gen-toyota-tacoma-products/bolt-on-rock-sliders-with-kickout-2nd-gen-tacoma/.
I know it says for best results to have extra weight from Bumpers & winches for 886's so that is what I think I have planned. How do you think it will ride both Offroad and on the highway? Sorry about the underline but for some dumb I can't remove it after the links.

 

Okay let me ask it a different way. What do you think the ride will be like with this setup?

The issue with these threads is "the ride quality" is completely subjective. As with the above mentioned thread, 885's are described as having a terrible ride. I run 886's with no bumper on billsteins and love it. Yes it's stiff, but for me, the factory ride was spongy and when hard braking or even accelerating, I would get tossed around in the cab (even more so when I was in the passenger seat). I like the stiff ride. Offroad, it felt like it smoothed out (slow crawling over rocks/ruts/mud).

I would imagine with the added weight up front, the ride with soften up a bit, but not much. I could throw my Demello offroad bumper on and test it out, but I still need to paint it and the wife doesn't quite know it exists yet

Try and find someone on here that lives around you and has what you want. See if you can't go for a ride with them. These guys are pretty helpful on here.

I have the 886/ OME shocks with this bumper , full skids , and sliders. The truck drives on/off road just fine IMO. Like Rusty said, it is all subjective on how the ride will be.

You will be fine with all the armor you have on the truck.
