The issue you're having is the o-ring seal is trapping the air and pressurizing the cavity when pushing the cap down into it. We now supply a small piece of 30# fishing line with the caps and our BJ arms to use to release the trapped air. Here's a link to the revised instructions. Problem solved.

Well mine didn't come with any fishing line as quoted as I just got them yesterday. And when I lightly tap on the cap you can hear metal to metal contact. Which if air was trapped in there I am sure you would not get this. As stated they seat all the way down, but can just be pulled right up and off.

We did change the press fit slightly so it wasn't as tight compared to ones a year ago. Had customers complaining it was too tight of a fit and they didn't want to damage the cap taking it off to grease the ball-joint. We have a thicker o-ring we can send you to use that will tighten up the fit. We also added in the instructions using a very minimal amount of clear silicon on the o-ring to add some adhesion.

Best to give us a call at the shop to help you out.

Thanks I did the clear silicon sealer. And it seems nice and snug. But I think I would like the bigger 0 ring. Number I can reach you at

I like it when the vendors take care of their customers, well as long as the customers don't act like d-bag in the process

Where you been man? You always here that if you go over 2.5 inches of lift you will need new aftermarket UCA's So I heard nothing but good reviews on the Camburg's but being 3 inches of lift they do not do as good as Light Racing UCA's. The alignment guy that I always go to and was referred to me on here as a great alignment guy could only get me 2.0 to 2.2 Caster with these arms. My last 3 inch lift I used the Light Racing UCA's and got about 2.8 roughly on both sides with 0.0 Camber. But in order for my guy to get me better Caster of 2.5 or better with the Camburg's he had to get me 0.3 Positive Camber on the Passenger side and 0.5 Positive Camber on the Driver's side. After yes complaining to Camburg about how disappointed I was they told me they are not meant for over 2.5 inches of lift. But yet it did not state that anywhere on the site so I spent 600.00 for pretty much nothing when I could have spent 375.00 shipped for better Caster and Camber. So if you haven't purchased them yet I advise you not too. I just need to find someone to buy my Camburg's maybe local and buy some LR's and maybe split the cost of putting the new ones in with me I don't know what to do. It steered fine for a bit but the springs have settled some. It really tracks the road and honestly wanders a little on the highway. Sucks 600.00 for nothing. And now on the Camburg website it states that they are for use up to 3 inches of lift, but 2.5 recommended. Never would have bought them
