You bought both wheels and tires? What year model are the wheels from? Certainly sounds like they have a different offset. A small spacer should fix the issue, assuming a bit of grinding on the caliper wont do it.

Your first post says Tacoma wheels. Now you say Tundra?

Regardless, correction method should be same......

How did you know that they were rubbing? Did you hear a noise or do you have a picture of the interference? Those are the stock wheels installed with base and SR5 Tacomas and I've never heard of rubbing problems. My own truck came with those wheels and I had no problems in the 10,000 miles that I had them. Is it just one front wheel or both? Do you have a big brake kit installed on the front?

Years ago I tried swapping wheels from 94 to a 97 Tacoma that did not go well the truck did not move after they were bolted on. All wheels are not created equal.

I just checked the Raybestos Brake catalog - the 2015 rotors are different from a 2006, with no calipers offered for a 2015 when there are for a 2006. Looks like there was a change in the front brakes somewhere along the way. Might be why those wheels aren't working - I have those same ones on my 2006.

They'll say the are the wrong wheel because they have they have the wrong offset. Then they'll take your money for the diagnostic work and they still won't work.

As i suggested earlier if the interferance is minimal the caliper can be filed or shaped to clear.

Or even easier, put spacers on when you use those wheels.

OP you've been treated pretty well for a guy who doesn't have a clue what he is asking about and wants help but can't tell an accurate back story for those offering advice.

Don't be a smartass about your continued failings. Try a thanks, or something.. instead of "if I was smart enough to know the answer, why would I ask silly questions?"
