If I change to lower gears for off roading, what does that do to my top end/acceleration? I dont know much about gearing and such nor the ratio's people talk about them at

4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.

It will make the Jeep quicker, but at the expense of top speed. Possible hurt highway MPG.
