Just got the SECOND gifted Toyota part(s) for my truck. (Besides the truck itself....My wife bought that for me)

A couple months ago, a fellow TWer donated his TRD skid plate to me when he got his aftermarket skid plate. (Beertimecontinuum) Very much appreciated, and I will not forget what you did!

Just got another gift. A friend who works with me went to the Toyota dealer over the weekend and bought a set of 4 of the bed rail D-ring's, installed 2 more in his bed (for a specific need) and gave me the other 2. I've started a dozen times to buy a set so I could have 2 along the front of the bed, while leaving the original 4 along the sides. Just seemed sort of un-necessary to buy 4 when all I wanted was 2. Now I'm golden! Thanks Richard (who won't join TW) Not a big deal, but it's always nice to get free stuff and it's even nicer when a friend does something cool for you!

So....Who all has received "free-be" Toyota parts and pieces? What did you get?

    The better coast
We also have a pay it forward thread that people say "I have xyz" and give it away for free, just pay the shipping or drive and meet in person.

x2 .. IIRC he also bought an item off eBay that was stolen from another member and shipped it back to the original owner.

Did not know that either. Sounds like something he would do.
