Hmmm, here is an abridged write up..

I used this to get to the radio so I could install switches.

    http://www.mikewood.org/truck-dash.asp

I then put on the fuse box mounting plate after about an hour of bending it so it was level when installed.

    IMG_20151118_132705_zps0sq81ycs_63738cb92844703867e754313889a63fc2147ddd.jpg

Then ran it through this grommet. Those two extra white wire wrapped in wire loom are for the 6th switchback I had installed.

    IMG_20151118_132710_zpszdxbcw5z_b9b8e46f324b6791a755d0b063cce443c1f130e4.jpg

Which then popped out through this side kind of behind the e brake mechanism.

    IMG_20151118_132742_zps6mxoe3uf_aba3077d0d636e3774e32c1bc2526afacce05ffd.jpg

This was then later zip tied away from the gas pedal with one of those sticky squares.

This was then ran in this direction..

    IMG_20151123_182304_zps3e941nhd_217ed869e4e290b3c43f73df7e83abf631e305d5.jpg

When the black cable was ran though, you connect the colors on the switchback to the colors on the black cable. Then you get the 6 switch plate back connected to the radio.

Then for the 12 volt for illumination I used two t taps on the 12 volt cigarette lighter. I found out the ash tray light was only 4 volts.

Then put the fuse box on the holder

The connect the corresponding wires with whatever accessory you have. Then put the cover on and admire your work.

The amount of soldering and shrink wrap and electrical stuff i did was crazy. But it was all worth it haha

If you have any other questions feel free to ask. I used silicone on the grommet after everything was done so no water leaks.

Haha, set aside a lot of time. This took me about 3 days. But that was mostly wiring up all the leds I had put on previously.

I wanted to do that also but had to send mine back :(

Cables were way to long, like 8 inches to long. Still waiting on my replacement.

Finished the big 3 mod today and it looks fantastic! Also made the truck a bit more festive!

    Where the cables ran down..

Where I moved the fender ground...

I didn't like the idea of the voltage reading being on all the time so I wired up a switch for it using one I cut off from a wiring harness.

Upgraded all of the stock wiring harness so in the future I can run a bigger alternator/battery so I can more easily power a winch/sound setup.

Cool! My electrical system could use some work. I'll be doing a blue sea eventually. I have add-a-circuits all over the place
