Interior Led's

Trying to hook up LED light strip driver and pass side. want them to come on and off with dome light. Tried hooking them up to dome light fuse under dash with add a fuse. It didn't work. Any body know where to hook them up to. So they come on when door is open and off when door is closed. Any help.

 

You will either have to splice into the positive wire on the Map light, or the positive lead off the door switch.

 

Door switch is no good will only work on that door not all doors. On my 2013 there was a fuse that I used with add a fuse and it worked. trying to find that fuse again. The guy that found it had an app on his phone that told him where. He moved out of state and I can't find the app.

 

Any Idea on 16 the fuse block is different.
