08 DC SR5 MT 4.0

Did my recent 100k tune up, along with plugs and all the goodies. Recharged my k&n and I've been good for a couple of weeks. Until Saturday when the cel came up with p0171&174 and I know they are lean running g codes. I checked my intake for any noticeable vacuum leaks, took the maf sensor out and cleaned it and was good for a day after the reset. Now the code has returned and I'm a bit confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
