2012 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner

Im getting the MaxTrac 4inch suspension lift kit but i want to clear 285/70/17r with no trimming but i hear you have to do minor trimming with this kit. If i was to also get the bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks and set them to 1 inch with a 3 inch block in the back could it clear 285/70/17r tires? Any thoughts?
