I actually got to see a 3rd gen in person today, and it was actually really really nice. The grill looks alot different in person than the pictures. So i will be the first to retract my previous statement of the grill. Sharp looking truck in person. If i hadnt already put 2 years worth of payments on mine. I would probably get one. Clean looking truck.

there was a lot of dislike of the 2012-2015 grill when it first came out (I was definitely one that disliked it) and it eventually grew on me. this one is definitely a MASSIVE grill and when it is chromed out :puke:. I know i didn't like the pictures of it. however, seeing it in person and if it gets blacked out it looks MUCH better in my opinion.

I still dislike the grill after seeing it in person.

It grows on ya. I hated it when I first saw one in person at the dealership but I saw a white TRD OR today with roof rails and it was slick.

I mos def didn't like the new 16' from the pictures. After seeing it in person though, I was impressed. It's a beautiful truck, just not as beautiful as mine ;)

I think they did a lot right but I don't think enough to make my pants tighten. I still adore my 15' and stick to my decision to not wait for the 3rd gen to come out.

To be fair, I haven't driven it and the things that I was most turned off by were the grill and the choice in wheels;both of which are easily changeable.

It was a brand new TRD Trail Team...access cab off road...white...was really nice! it was like 4 grand less...but that new interior in the 16 made me cough up more $$$
