I got a 1 year warranty with the daeler on parts and labor. I'm thinking all dealer should be able to do it. I ordered the separate clock/HAZARD switch myself. I purchased two of them at $190 each. I also purchased the two pin myself. I purchased them through Gunny at Camelback. I paid $28 for them. The dealer only charged me for labor.

Can some of you electrical experts help me with this diagram?
What do those in the blue circles (1J, 1C, 1K etc.) mean ?
I'm trying to install clock on my 2015. Has anybody done this?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks!

So I bought this from ebay for $45 US to put it in my 2015. For those who don't know, 2015 Tacomas have no dedicated clock.

I haven't had a chance to make this work yet, but I have a feeling the clock on this particular piece is the nasty orange color because when you look into the clock, it has orange color built into it. The hazard button being black, I thought the clock would be the bright white color that are in 2012-2015 models.

Anyways, I took out the head unit to try if the clock works plug and play and guess what? The clock stays unlit because there are no wires for the clock lol.

I have a Canadian version of TRD sport DCLB with leather. So I guess the packaging is different from those in the US.

Anyhow, today, I asked my local dealer how much they want for the clock module.
They want $632 for the clock, $174 for the wiring + labour + 12 % Sales tax. ROFLMFAO.

Its easy enough to add the outside temp and home link with a rearview mirror.

I'm new to TacomaWorld so forgive my amateurism. I have been following the discussions for adding the clock module to the 2015 Tacoma. I ordered the clock module and repair wire and had both installed today. The repair wire plugs into slot #14 to activate the clock and dimmer. HOWEVER... there must be a slot for a second wire because every time I turn the truck's ignition switch off and back on, the clock resets to 1:00. There has to be power for clock memory somewhere in the plug. I have ordered another repair wire and will be studying the diagrams you guys have posted. If anyone can tell me the other post number so I don't have to find it, it is appreciated. My local auto stereo shop did the installation for $26.00 by the way. It took 10 minutes. I will be happy to add the additional information once I get the bugs worked out.

Do you think any stereo shop would know how to install this and get it working? Pretty much the last place I want to go to if there's no solid write up on it.

caribe makaira put up some great info on page 4 post# 72, 74-75.

I want to run my own wires but no guts until confirms that it works.

    Thanks.
