How do you like them? Do they have double sided tape to secure them in the channel? How far do they stick out of the window? Hard to tell by the photo.

the channel ends At the mirror, why would they go down past the mirror? maybe the stick on ones go farther, but the OP was asking about in-channel

Thanks blkbelt42. How do you like them? Do they stick out far or are they pretty low profile?

Reason being I had weathertechs on my 4runner, and man those things made a lot of noise on the road. They didn't fit snug either.

I personally think the weather tech visors I bought on my other car was garbage. The only time I've ever seen rain guards I liked. Was on my cousins Acura. He paid $200 for oe visors and they were very solid and looked very hq.

That's what I want. Very nice looking durable $200 visors. Not the cheap $70 aftermarket crap they sell online.

Looks like my AVS in-channels from AutoAnything shipped early and are scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Will try to get pics if it's not too dark.

Wow those fit pretty flush. Looks good, I'm going to order a set while I wait for my exhaust tip and mud flaps.

Are they in channel or do you need to use an adhesive? Can you describe the installation? Thx

they still use adhesive to keep them in, but it's adhered to the weatherstripping INSIDE the window channel. They would fall out otherwise. install is very easy on these, pretty much you roll down the window, stick them in tight to the channel and roll the window up(they won't want to go up at first, so you gotta keep bumping the button. Then wait a couple days before rolling the windows down so they have time to conform. the first few times you roll the window down, they may be a little tight going up, but that will go away after a while.

Install is easy. As mentioned above, each vent visor has double sided tape used to attach in the window channel.

access cabs won't have in-channel because the rear window obviously has no channel and would have the stick ons. you'd have to just use the fronts if you want in-channel
