Can anyone post some pics of your light bar installed in the pillar using rivnuts? What is involved here? Also curious who is making the best low pro brackets these days. I have only seen the Relentless Fab ones.

I have a 42" curved bar and want to mount it up!

    Thanks!

Here is mine. I posted once before on here but can't find the thread so here ya go. I have eazycompany brackets. You can find him on IG. As for the power cord some people go in through and under the headliner but I ran mine down the A pillar underneath the rubber weather stripping into the engine compartment to the battery. Hope this helps.

Nice! I'm going to run the same brand. Are those Rivnuts, or just pop rivets? Curious what you ran into on the inside when you drilled and if they are Rivnuts what size and length they are.

Can you tell me what size and material (aluminum, stainless etc..) nutzerts you used and how long they are. I found some m6 that are 13mm long but not sure if those are right.

don't remember what size the nutzerts are but!!!!!!! you must drill the EXACT size hole, or just a bit undersize.....because of you dont, the nutzerts will not hold!!! drill them undersize and then use a file or dremel to make the fit very tight so that they press in hard.....or you are screwed!
