    Meh, as long as your don't care about civil liberties, CA is not so bad. Good beer, surf, mountains. LA and the Bay Area and Sac. are the only reason this state is weird. You get in the Central Valley and there's some salt of the earth folks around there.

    I don't think anyone's truck came with them. But is the same bolts as most other bolts that size in the truck. I think I used my mud flap bolts or something
