line-X is tough as hell and is the only material I'll use, my grill, bumpers, cabrac, and sliders are all line-X without any issues.

Damn. Girlfriend would not approve when she scrapes her legs haha. She already hates everything I do to the truck, might as well not give her more reason.

A lot of guys powdercoat the sliders and then use grip tape on the top surfaces so they can be used as steps. That way they're smooth on the sides (where her leg would touch) but grippy up top so she doesn't slide off.

That is true. She's short but when I had N-Fab steps, she never used them.

I'll probably look to do this.

    Sorry for thread jacking @zscott

I'll leave your nice thread alone now

I jut had my sliders powdercoated in textured black. Perfect finish, not slick at all.

Just want to make sure, has anyone mounted a Rigid E40" to the front? I'd assume it fits just fine but want to make sure before I put my order in.

Width wise the E40 will be fine. A single row bar will fit better height wise. If you have the bar already I wouldn't be worried about the fit. If you are going to purchase a light still and are open to suggestions I would go with one of the SR series from rigid.

Should I do an SR40" with the deflector cutout? Or just SR40 instead of the wind deflector? I haven't ordered the light yet
