Haha, the crap dealerships say. I'm not saying the Colorado is better than Tacoma just saying its a nice truck. I'm glad the twins came out because it put some competition back in the midsize market, I'm interested to see what ford, Nissan, and possibly Ram does. I have no regrets buying my Tacoma, I do have a few issues with it but I have faith in getting them resolved.

Lol. I wish OP would provide some actual content for discussion, rather than just posting a hollow one-off.

Agreed. I don't disagree with his statement but more information why would be helpful. I'm assuming he took a big hit when he got rid of the Colorado.

He is one of those folks thinking that 2016 Tacoma is like the older Tacoma. What he did not realize, The exact same problems Colorado has are present on 2016 Tacoma. Maybe GM and Toyota are building trucks again.
    :)
A lot of people are late to jump on Toyota bandwagon. Quality is not there anymore.
The only people who are happy with 2016 Tacoma are Toyota employees who bought that junk at the discount. They are hoping suckers will be there to buy from them when they get another one later. :D

That wasnt the question. Bob, have you owned a new Gen Colorado or Canyon? Do you own a new Gen Tacoma? I have not owned a GM Twin so I cant comment on if the Tacoma is better. But then again I am not a Chevy/GM guy so I would never own one. I have owned 2 Taco's previously and was very happy with my ownership aside from a couple of recalls.
And in case you have not owned any of the above then would you like a cup of shut the fu-- up!

For your situational awareness, there's a board for your specific year of truck. I stopped going there when I traded my 2011 in. Maybe you should follow suit...

You get these guys in every car forum. People jump on forums to complain. That list is actually pretty minor for a new platform and some of the stuff he says is an issue is actually technology helping you do something (like save your brakes on a downhill by downshifting to maintain a certain speed). I'm sure if you go search around coloradofans you'll see their fanboys pulling all the issue threads from tacomaworld.
