    Use small spray bottle containing windshield washer/deicer and small 2inch plastic putty knife takes like 20 seconds

    Holy hell, just answer the mans question already. :p

    There are several spray on bottles you can buy that you put on the night before that prevents freeze. It leaves a slight protective film. One product that I use religiously is spray on de-icer. They sell it in aerosol cans and I believe its alcohol based. Spray it, wait 30 seconds. Light frost will disappear, heavy, thick ice (anything more than 1/32nd of an inch) will become MUCH easier to knock off.

    @Unchained 5150 Just did the heated mirror mod. Ask him for the details, if you would like. I think he has the same year Tacoma too.
    Although the jimmy mitten is very stylish, imo. :D
