Noise from hard wind?!

Have a 2015 dclb that has recently been making a sort of buzzing noise from the front end during crosswind at highway speeds. I know it's a shot in the dark but you guys seem to know an awful lot about these trucks! Anybody heard of that? Experience? Know where to start looking for issues? It's the passenger side ... The dogs seat!

Mine does the same thing with the right crosswind.

 

I think that's the problem!
That video in the thread is gonna help me light up the Toyota employees...

I did the hood strip mod on both my '13 and '14, fixed my problem.
