Got myself a new-to-me truck!

Hi all,

My name is Nick. I'm from Burlington, VT. I'm new to the forum and Tacoma ownership. I've had my new truck for less than a week, a 2011 base regular cab with 4wd, and I'm loving it so far. I'm coming from a 2009 Ford Ranger, which was a great truck that was unfortunately destroyed by a drunk driver when it was parked on Halloween this year. I've always liked Tacomas, so when insurance came through with the check, I started checking them out and found this one locally. I had it inspected and test drove it, loved it and bought it.

Funny story about this truck. I used to drive by the dealer lot where it was parked and eye it, thinking what a cool looking truck it was. I never thought I'd actually end up owning it!

Anyway, I'll miss the old Ranger, but I'm looking forward to Tacoma ownership. Like I said, I've always liked these trucks. I've heard great things and so far I've been happy. I love to do fun modifications, so I'll certainly be checking out the forums for help and ideas.
