Governed at 175kph, not drifty at that speed, but im glad my regular max is 110-125. It's just not necessary

    97 Tacoma Extended Cab. 3.4L
Original Tacoma: 6" lift, air bags in the rear, 17x9.5 XD Series rims w/ 35" Cooper STT Pro tires. Body Armor rear bumper with swing arm tire mount, TRD Exhaust, URD True Cold Air intake, TRD Front Brakes, RIGID INDUSTRIES grill and LED bar installed in it, LED Rear Lights, TracRack rack system, tool box. Sold the truck. Bought 2016 ram 2500 Laramie diesel. (7/2016) Picked up 97 Tacoma 4x4 Extended Cab 3.4L. Building motor now. (8/2017)
I took my 2012 v6 DCLB 4x4 to 110mph speedo reading (probably about 100mph actually) with 6" Lift and 35" tires and 4.88 Regear.

It felt planted, but there wasn't any cross wind and, it was an open 5 lane highway with no traffic (about 4am coming home from job site). A dodge challenger wanted to race. Haha my truck surprisingly kept up until about 70mph, then I started to lose... Slowly. And gave up at 110 speedo reading. The regear definitely helped gain back lost power, but this thing isn't a race car. It wouldn't corner well and can definitely lose control of you hit bumps or uneven road at that speed.

Fastest I've gone was 145ish in an m3. And have a ticket from Oregon state troopers to prove it. Stupid but $1900 later I learned my lesson. It was in a construction zone so fines were doubled. But that was almost 8 years ago. Still remember the trooper saying that if it wasn't for him wanting to go home on time, he would have dragged my ass to jail! Got lucky with that. And won't do it again, unless I'm on a track :p
