When I went down and ordered my truck he showed me everything that he could see on his computer, prices/invoice. It came out to be 88.00 below invoice plus whatever the tonneau cover cost them. I shook his hand and said SOLD! Thanks for the positive comments and not saying these prices are fantasy!
Like I said above if anyone is in western mass/ southern VT area and would like some info on the guy who gave me this deal(not saying you can get the same) pm me! Thanks again TW!

what price did you pay for the truck? We don't know what tax, title, and registration costs in Georgia. We would like to know what you paid

Taxes are seven percent and tag was about $20.00

I'm a disabled vet so I don't pay taxes or tag in Georgia.

    $500 less.

Only because of not paying taxes and tag. I see how my previous comment about tag was misleading.

BTW, is $500 under MSRP a good or bad deal? I've not read through this thread to see what others have paid. I usually buy my vehicles through USAA pricing which is usually abut $4K under MSRP, however, this has been my first purchase of a new designed vehicle and they don't have pricing yet. I wanted this truck...coming from a 2011 Double cab TRD Off-Road.

Deals depend on your location. It sounds like the north east has these trucks coming out of their asses. The south east can't keep them on lots and trucks all sell near MSRP. I got a 500 under MSRP deal for a rare 7568 that was already allocated to a dealer. In this area, 7568 in any trim is extremely rare and most people who have them feel like they are giving them away to charity at MSRP. Most are selling for above MSRP. You will read about people ordering trucks from a couple dealers for 500 over invoice, but those dealers have lots of orders and they will be waiting 3-6 months to get their truck.

USAA can't give much deals on any Tacoma. There is around 2000-2500 dollars between invoice and msrp so they can't give 4000 off. Their average savings may be 4000, but in this area, the deals from True Car are above MSRP!

This is a fair deal if you can find the truck you want in stock or in allocation that is available.

If you venture outside of Socal, im sure you will get near the invoice, just keep looking.

I hit it lucky with mine. I pulled in as they were offloading the delivery truck. I had two Limiteds to choose from: red or sliver...I got the red.

Did you trade something in that was upside down?

    So if MSRP is $26K
Guessing but say extended warranty is $1,200.00
And say taxes at 7% ($1,904.00)

    Total would be about $29,104.00

Where'd the other $4K go to? I really hope for you that the $33K wasn't pre taxes.

Or, are you quoting the final price of the truck Including loan interest, i.e. final price after loan paid off?

Man, glad that was the case. No big deal now, but when you go to sell or trade it that would have seriously hurt.
