after watching @RaleighTaco replace his i have confidence in my light mechanical abilities to do the job when mine break.

I would say its a lil easier than putting coils in the front.

Super easy.. worst part is breaking free the axle nut

 

My goal for the next couple weeks are too figure out what my clunking noise is in the front end...kills me

 

I also developed a front end noise while in 4wd. No Clue.

 

I still think sway bar bushings.

 

That's what I want to start with. I want to remove the sway bar and see if it stops first. Then do more research on leaving it off or ordering bushings and putting it back on.

 

Leave it off. Had mine off for 100k now. Gotta let that ifs be INDEPENDENT

 

On a top heavy 4runner?

 

What do you gain by doing that though?

 

I ran no sway bars on my xj for a long time. It was a little dangerous but it didn't have ifs

 

ISO avid light bar 2012-15... if anyone has one I would be interested in buying

Gotcha. I'm going to do a little more research on it. Like tim says I'm a lot more top heavy than a tacoma and thats the only true worry I have.
