Is there a way to remove the rear bumper side covers without removing the whole bumper? Also I want to do this without breaking any of the plastic rivets if possible. I began to take one off and it was looking like in order to access some of the plastic rivets the entire bumper might need to be removed. Anyone out there done this and have a quick easy way?

    Thank you

I was checking it out earlier...
Looks like only the step cover has to come off.
I got about halfway and decided it was going to be OK. Just clips and screws.
The clips have tabs on both sides than need to be pushed in; I found two flat heads worked. Right angle pliers would be choice.
    Tow package makes access difficult.
