My truck has about 57k miles. So far all I've really done is change the oil every ~5k and air filter as needed.

What maintenance items are coming up? Transmission and t-case flush? Radiator? Spark plugs (can I do this myself fairly easily?)? Differentials?

I'm putting in a new cabin filter today, first change on that one, holy crap it was nasty!

Owners manual should cover every service needed at different mileage.

Every 30k change for the plugs.
Rear diff, T-case and front diff as well (oil changes)... Do lube your u-joints too

I did some reading, apparently the v6 needs plugs every 30k but the 2TR is every 100k.

That is correct, plugs get changed every 30,000 Miles

The preventative maintenance that is performed on your truck is completely up to you. If I were you I would suggest changing all the fluids by 60k including a transmission flush, definitely change the plugs their overdue, grease the drive shaft, change the air filter, and clean the mas sensor and throttle body. From this point on you will know what has been done and set a maintenance schedule that works for you whether that is sooner or later than toyotas recommendations. If you take it to the dealer for the above it will cost you over a grand. A novice with common sense and basic tools can do all the above for probably less than 400. There is a tutorial for everything on here, read the specific one before you dive into the job,and if you get stumped just ask.

I was scared to do my differentials and transfer case 5k miles ago, then I did my plugs, now I'm looking at doing the transmission flush myself, brakes and power steering. It's easy to do it yourself start at the easier things and work your way up building confidence as you go.

According to multiple posts here (example), the 2TR plugs run 100k
