Rear Locker Mod

    I am thinking of doing the rear locker mod on my 2014 Taco. Now that Radioshack stores have closed up in my area, can anyone tell me where you can get the relay? Also I have noticed the Mod shows 2 different relays. Which one is best? By doing this mod, is there any chance of tearing up the locker when in use? Why would Toyota not have done this from the begining? Why did they only allow it to be locked at very low speeds in 4 low? I have noted that Radioshack seems to be still available on line but I have not been able to find the relay that is mentioned in Mod?
