Thank you, and I'm so used to the truck and keep forgetting everybody wants to see it in action!!
I gotta find a nice parking lot somewhere to play in. I've been dangling that carrot for a couple years now, hahaha.

Thanks for reminding me, I'll actually try and get something soon this time!

I now have the truck torn down motor and trans due to a bad bearing in the trans.
Figured I would freshen up the motor! Just picked up a set of Z06 vette heads last weekend so it's all downhill from here!!
Gonna get a cam and short travel lifters as well as some pushrods, etc...
Kinda on the fence about doing a turbo but I should be able to pump out 425rwhp without one already a turbo would put me around the 600hp mark but a lot more complexity and wear...prolly just build a NA setup and see if it's enough.
After all it's a lightweight 1st get I can only get so much traction, ha!

Haha you guys! I love pictures too and even I would have me banned! Glad Im not a mod..

Im working on the motor right now, gonna lap the valves into my new (used) Z06 vette heads with the Titanium/sodium valves for 7000rpm+!
Trans is done and ready to go after the rebuild/upgrade which is what started the teardown due to a bad thrust washer and reverse gear bearing.

All I need now to put the motor in is the valve springs and new turbo cam. Gonna install and run it in N/A for so I can get a new base tune with the bigger injectors and cam, then its on for the turbo! The truck should make in the low 400hp range without turbo, gonna keep the boost low (or am I?) and will be in the 600hp range or whatever my clutch decides is the max, lol. A good clutch for these LS setups is almost $1K that will hold over 1000hp. Trying to keep the power from getting out of hand, after all its just a little mini-truck, and there is only so much traction to be had...

Looking at running a single T76 where the stock airbox was and a large air to air intercooler.

OK not lapping the valves, looks like I need to take it to the machine shop for a real valve job. Not getting a good pattern, so gonna have the head and valves refaced so its like new.
