Caution when dealing with Rockreef he ripped me off a few days ago. Yes I did try to contact him privately first but so far he has not bothered to respond to the pictures and texts I have sent. If you want to read what transpired go here.

Alright folks, I didn't "ignore" anybody. I was out of town all weekend. I'm not a merchant so everybody chill out. Holidays, alright? I'm gonna see what's up with the lights and check the pics I took when I get home. I never noticed any damage but I also never tried to install them.
They could have been broken all along, or the guy who makes all this noise now could have broken them himself... Either way, his contention that I was deceitful and "handed him the good light first" is total bullshit and I take offense to that. I handed them over in the order I could reach them. Correct, it helps to look at what you buy. I did when I bought them and I didn't notice damage. Ever since they just been stored in bubble wrap until I sold them.

 

Seller has contacted me so will see if this gets worked out, will keep people posted on how this turns out but for now gonna refrain from posting more till seller gets back to me with a conclusion.
As for OP maybe you can understand that pulling the lights out of the bubble wrap and finding one with broken tabs would piss you off too, maybe it was coincidence that I happened to check the good light but put yourself in my place and what would you think. And I did the same as you simple stuck them in a box still in the bubble wrap till Sunday where I pulled them out to install. And yes I did check to see if maybe I had accidentally broken the tabs but since the tabs are no where to be found (checked backseat of truck and box I put them in when I got home) I don't think I did.
