Aftermarket brakelight assembly issue

2013 tacoma trd off road

Fog lights anytime w/key on Plasti dipped gas cover, grill, rear bumper and rims

I have a 2013 double cab trd off road with a towing package. I recently damaged my driver side brakelight assembly, and decided to replace both rear assemblies with an aftermarket ssembly made by spyder.

Aftere installing them, the following happens:

Headlights on, press the brake: everything seems fine.

Headlights off, press the brake: assessory lights come on, clock brightens, parking lights come on

If this has been addressed already and someone has a link toma post, I would appreciate it. If not, hopefully someone will be able to help.
