I just bought my first Tacoma - 08 Base Access Cab with 15" wheels. The previous owner just bought new Michelin tires. My 4runner ('98 SR5) has about 3/32 on its tires. My daily driver is the 4Runner and I plan to use the truck as needed (maybe once a week).

Long story short, I'd like to swap the wheels & tires if possible. I assume this will require swapping the rotor and calipers too, but wanted to know if it's possible before undertaking the project. Will everything bolt up nicely?
