That is one good looking fox! Like the use of the chrome and black to give it that muscle feel.

Thanks man, I put a lot of work into that car. Had to sell it to finish paying for my bachelor's degree. I figured that was more important. It was automatic when I bought it but I changed it over. (Never wanna do that again haha) FB_IMG_1448815836154.jpg FB_IMG_1448815842460.jpg

Those fox bodies are getting harder & harder to find in good clean condition around here. If you find a good one hold onto it because i predict they are only gonna go up in value in the future, kinda like how the chevelles and early camaros are today. Nice clean unmolested Monte Carlo SS's are starting to bring some $$$ also. If i had some serious cash and a warehouse i would buy a bunch of clean & original 80's and early 90's muscle cars and sit on them for 20 years or so then sell'em. Better than money in the bank!

Dang, that sucks man. Luckily I live in SC. If we have a dusting, they shut it all down haha. And they rarely use salt on the roads..... as nasty as it is... they use sand, which turns to mud, which is a PITA to clean off but hey.... at least it doesnt rust the cars. lol

Driving in heavy snow is a blast. Even more so off road. Not so great in a muscle car, but in a 4x4 it's great fun.

Yeah I can imagine it is fun! We had a "big snow" here of 7 inches a couple years ago and I was stuck at work in the mustang! Had to drive it home. I put 1000 lbs of ice melt in the back and drove it home. Luckily I kept her in the road but it was a challenge. Most of what we had was ice. Lol

The snow is fun, it's just all that damn salt that comes with it.

Love seeing an old truck on the road.
Funny how I've grown so used to the double cab/crew cab, short bed configuration over the past decade or so...the regular cab long bed almost looks odd.

Ha! I considered that, but had to give him a pass for being brave enough to drive it to the office in the first place. His other truck is a 2014 Siverado High Country - I think this one has a lot more character.

It isn't necessarily my bag, but it is a nice truck.

I feel the same way when I look at pictures of my '69. The dimensions look fine in real life, but it looks almost awkward in the photos.

Between the salt and magnesium chloride being dumped on the roads over the Winter, metal doesn't stand much of a chance.
