You realize raising your ride height wont keep you from rubbing when you flex though. And my 285s are about the same size as your future tires, and I don't rub anywhere in the rear. You probably would have been fine without stacking lifts. Unless you plan on cranking the front up some more and don't want the bro lean.

Pretty sure he's getting 275/70/18 duratracs. So his wheel and tire combo should be over 100lbs each :D

I actually weighed the BFD and Trail Grappler combo and it came out to 89.6 lbs. So if the BFD's are 22 lbs, the TG's are heavy as f**k!

    Damn...I missed the party...

Yeah... what Iven said on the tire size. I'm just looking for a little higher side-wall height with the 70's. And yes...they are heavy as fuck. Hasn't gotten me stuck at peacock though.. Iven...the spacers only raised me 1/2" in the rear over the shims that were just removed. I'll remove those once I get Expo's. As far as rubbing...bigger tires...bigger rub I guess. Guess that's why we CMC and hammer pinch welds... I'm not as worried about the prospect of cutting/clearing as I was when I first got the truck. Times are a changing I guess..:)

Oh yeah...I do realize raising the truck won't stop the rubbing. It's just that I felt I was a little low from the side profile as far as aesthetics...:D We all have a design and look we want I guess..:)

Those 275's might clear without any CMC or pinch weld pounding.

The width has always been good as I currently have 275's. The extra inch in diameter might cause more rubbing though. That's what I would have to contend with as far as trimming/cutting...we'll see..:)

I hardly rub with my 285s, only in the front when cranking the wheel and stuffed. Rear is fine with same springs as you. One less leaf too actually.

Truck is officially legal for another year...:anonymous::rofl:Safety done...:D
Slapped on bigger shoes today, but gonna need to CMC and do some minor trimming. Was expecting that, but it was worth it. Went ahead and ordered CMC plates for that occasion...

I know its been discussed on here before but what kind of wire sleeving/loom Are you using for the wires you're running down your windshield channel? I can't find that post.
I purchased some plain wire loom and braided wire sleeve but they just look terrible running down the windshield.

My buddy (Luka) who did my electrical in the engine bay and up to the Roof light bar used the braided expandable sleeving loom. It's all over Ebay. Wide variety of sizes available...:)
