Ordering question?

New poster long time lurker.

This is a question for people who have ordered their new trucks?

Anyone ordered a sport and asked for OR hood from the factory, or is this something that you have to do after you purchase your stock truck?

I see people with SR5 grills in TRD models, didn't know if they were able to order it that way, or have to buy a separate grille.

You will have to deal with that post delivery. The factory will not customize hood or grill for you. Well, technically they won't customize anything for you. If you "successfully" order a truck from Toyota all it really means is that your dealer was able to snatch up what you wanted in the allocation process.

 

Those who are changing the hoods and grills are having to purchase them after market....Toyota won't change those for u!

and remember, you have to have it painted the same color code as your vehicle.
