Any one in the same boat? I always wished I got a black Tacoma when I settled for my white 98 off road, then I wish I got black when I settled for my six speed DCSB in silver off road. but now that im buying a 2016 off road DCSB new I can finally choose exactly which color I want, but with the new options and the 2016s ehh.. interesting ..but bad ass look, it kind of changes things and I just don't know! of course we have all seen this black off road concept and can agree it is pretty darn nice. Any one else run into this or am I just being in decisive? ready for the sht storm . :crapstorm: of course we have all seen this black off road concept and can agree it is pretty darn nice.

Too poor to list anything interesting.
Get black. Be a glutton for punishment like the rest of us.

I wash it once a week and take it to the detail shop in the spring and fall. Works for me.

No color shines and is as impressive when taken care of as black. The depth of the paint when you have it polished and waxed is incredible.

I'm an OCDetailer so black suits me perfectly. If you're kind of guy that parks your vehicle out in the rain to get a free car wash, then black probably isn't the color for you. If you're somewhere in between, like 98 percent of the population, then just pick the color that gets your blood pumping and it'll all work out.

If you plan on taking your rig off road don't get black, the trail pin stripes will get annoying. Get white instead, they hide the pin stripes a lot better. If your rig is going to be a street queen and you want it to look bad ass get black.

I had this exact same dilemma. I was lucky enough to go to a new Tacoma launch and got to see all the colors at once. It was a cloudy day and the only one that popped out to me was the white. Many of the other colors look great on sunny days. But really flat on cloudy days. Just my .02

For the OR, I would go either black or MGM. If you want something different, Quicksand may be an option if you are into that.

You've wanted black for the past two models ....might as well just go for it and cross it off your bucket list.

No right answer to the question. If you have a "must have" color, you might have to wait depending on what options you want with it. I didn't want black because....wash me every 4 seconds. I went with Quicksand.

Every time I see or think of a silver vehicle, I remember what my ex gf used to say... "Looks like they forgot to paint it". One of those moments she wasn't trying to be funny but she was anyway.

Same here. If I get a sport it will be MGM, If I go,with the OR thinking quicksand. But my problem is deciding between the two different packages.
