I also pulled the trigger on one. Saw them in 2014 at SEMA, drooled over them this year at SEMA, and just had a 12v trade show project that required a switching system pop up. Thanks to @Russtoy posting up the 22% discount I was able to justify the expenditure for my client and will happily repurpose it when done for my own needs. Argue with that!!!

    Roger that.

So far 3 things that I'm thinking of hooking up to this kit, my f-150 style led bed lights, power locking gas cap that I got from a seller here, and pop n lock pl8540 kit.

    Stay tuned.

You won't hear an argument here. I think it's awesome...a win, win!! Your client wins...and better yet, you win!! I'm Truly happy I could help you out Sir!!
You have a good start. Now you just need 5 more mods to fill up the switch pod. For sure you'll like your bed lights. I added some to my truck a little over a year ago. Now, I can't imagine not having them...so very useful!! I rarely need my flash light anymore.

    Enjoy Sir...

Just received my SP-8100 today. It's an awesome, simple little unit.

Sadly, I won't be able to install it until after its use at a trade show....but I can't wait. Now I'm planning the goodie purchase of things to power with said switches!

I bought one of these as well. Thanks Russtoy for the heads-up.

I'm debating where in the engine bay to mount the "main" unit - probably somewhere on the driver's side side wall. I'd like to fit a 100 amp circuit breaker and a small fuse box as well though. I've looked for pictures of Tacoma installs, but no luck so far. So if any of you come up with great ideas for mounting, where to tap into marker lights etc. I'm all ears.

im planning to mount one over head just in front of the map lights. it wont happen til summer but i might try and 3d print a bezel for it to fit nicely in the headliner.

i wish the button logos included a hazard sticker. i wonder if anyone can make custom ones.

I have one, but its still sitting in the box. Still debating on where I want to mount the control box!

I'm thinking there is a nice flat spot on the back firewall for the power unit. The control panel will go in the headliner in front of the map lights. I would have to cut the mounting tabs off and 3D print a bezel.

btw, I heard a rumour that SwitchPro might be making a control panel bezel later this year. They have some new CAD/CAM machine coming in soon. I don't know if it will be backward compatible with the tab style mount though.

I'd really like for someone to come up with a trim bezel or beauty ring to make flush mounting the control panel easier.

On another note, my unit didn't come with the bracket to mount the controller. Emailed SwitchPros Monday and no response as of yet...

I might be able to make a bezel here at work.. 3D printed and everything. need some time and Dims to draw up the bezel in Solidworks and that's it.

I'd be happy to pay a reasonable price for something that flush mounts the display and makes it look as OEM as possible.

    Their website says its 4" L x 2" W x .5" H
Not sure if that's accurate enough. (Wish I still lived in AZ. Could swing by and have you look at it in person)

    bummer. lol

I'll see what I can do.. will be a fun project to kill time at work. lol

I'm excited to hear your guys' review on these things! I'm really thinking of getting one for all my upcoming lighting. easy, programmable, compact.

I may have missed it.. but is there a way to program these to have each button press of (1) button cycle through modes, colors, etc?
