I think you got the newest generation bulbs. I probably got the last of the pack and it's made differently

Mine bounce too. It isn't the cutoff nor is it the whole light. It's like a brighter beam within the spread of light. It's weird. I'm gonna try locking them in in a different rotation as I didn't know that was possible. It's annoying as hell to see everytime I hit the smallest bump

There's only one way to lock it.

I was referring to what @8102 said. Gonna see if it's possible with the newer lights, not that it should be any different

Yeah, I found out by fluke that my bulbs were able to lock into the OEM Socket 2 ways, one way was a little loose and one very very tight...

Not true, at least with mine, you could definately put the HID Bulbs in the OEM Sockets 2 different ways, one way the locked into place a little on the loose side and the other way they locked into place super tight, have no idea why, they are Morimoto HIDs from VLEDS.

Are they providing new o-rings to those that already purchased, or are there new o-rings coming out for sale?

I would expect them to be free to those of us that bought them and are having the problem. I for one spent $325 with them on the hid's and the led fog lights.

They should be free. Supposedly that's the fix. But we have a few people say it locks into the socket 2 ways

I can confirm that I have black and red (orange?) wires and they DO NOT go in 2 ways. Also, the red (orange?) washers that they came with are a very soft rubber and they have ALOT of play. Very easy to see why I'm experiencing this shaking. Anyone know how I go about getting the new spacers?

Swap your o rings from the stock bulbs for temporary. TRS is going to send new ones once they get them in like they said few weeks but I haven't heard anything. They lagging.

Only one side of my HID's work, I'm still waiting to hear back from TRS. I swapped every part individually, starting with the ballast, then igniter, then bulb, then harness. The harness is the bad part. Mine have gray and black wires leading to the bulb, I saw a post on here that the new harness has all black wires. Is that right?

Idk. I got black and orange wires. Makes sure your pins in the socket looks straight and goes in straight. Kinda tricky

When I first hooked it all up, only the left side worked. I swapped the ballast with the right side, and the left side was still the only one that worked. I did this with every part, and when I got to the bulb harness, the right side worked and not the left.

Seems like all I need is a new bulb harness since it was the only part I swapped back and forth with the made any changes to the output.

I chatted with David at TRS, and he said they are a bit backlogged with all of the recent orders and would get to my email asap!
